The BrainHealth Project is a long-term study to identify factors associated with brain health and performance, such as lifestyle, cognitive, behavioral, and biological markers. Twice a year for up to 10 years, participants will complete online assessments and questionnaires to measure strategic learning, emotional well-being, sleep, and social support. In between assessments, participants will have access to health information and self-paced, online trainings on ways to enhance brain health and performance. In addition, quarterly one-on-one coaching sessions will be offered to participants to provide support in applying the information to their daily lives. A small portion of participants will be invited to participate in the brain imaging portion of this study.
